Motus Aftermarket Parts is searching for National Sales Manager to join the team at Menlyn Head Office. The purpose of this position is to drive national and regional sales growth, build strong market relationships, support product range expansion, and train branch teams, all while achieving sales and customer targets and positioning the company as the preferred supplier in the industry.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certification
- 10 years’ experience in parts management
- Engine Parts knowledge
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in marketing & sales, will be an advantage
- Computer literacy e.g., Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint
- Managerial skills
- Communication skills – verbal and written
- Selling & Marketing Skills
- People skills
- Negotiation skills
- Must demonstrate a high level of integrity
- Clear criminal record
Key Performance Indicators includes, but not limited to;
- Introducing and maintaining Regional & National Sales
- Building & maintaining good relationships with the market
- Assisting procurement team with range expansion on engine parts application
- Achieving monthly, Quarterly, and yearly sales target
- Achieving monthly, Quarterly, and yearly customer growth target
- National branch visits, to support and train Branch Managers and sales staff
- Know your market and competitor
- Drive strategy e.g., “Become the preferred supplier of choice”
