Parts Incorporated Africa is searching for a target- driven ,motivated Administrative Assistant: Sales to join the branch in Pretoria.
The Sales Administrative Assistant provides vital support to the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is key to maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism in all sales-related activities.
Requirements:
• Matric Certificate/Grade 12
• Experience in debtors & creditors would be an added benefit
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for dealing with clients
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills (expression as well as comprehension)
• Computer literacy
• Professionalism
• Excellent organizational skills
Key Performance Indicators include but not limited to.
1. Sales Support
• Processing RMA’s (return merchandise authorization) and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
2. Client Interaction
• Acting as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Supporting customer relationship management by ensuring timely responses and professional communication.
3. Operational Efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
• Arranging collections: Scheduling pick-ups with courier companies.
• Communication: Liaising with courier service providers to resolve delays, errors, or missed collections.
