Parts Incorporated Africa is searching for an Admin clerk to join the branch in Riverhorse. The purpose of this position is to perform daily administration of the branch, including cashier and COD duties when needed.
Requirements
- Matric with Accounting & Mathematics
- Good with numbers & calculations
- Advanced admin skills
- Debtors/Debtors/Cash book experience- Desirable
- A quick learner who will be willing to speak up if there is a problem
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Organized, accurate and professional
- Must be willing to work in a team as well on your own
- An honest and trustworthy individual willing & able to work with large amounts of cash each day
- Able to work under pressure
- Clear ITC & Criminal record
- Weekly boxes order
- Accruals Monthly
- Ensure all invoices and statements are checked signed off by Warehouse Manager
- Updating of all Expense Trackers
- Managing the Biometrics,
- Yes learners attendance registers
- MHE Queries/breakdown
- Consumable Ordering /Tracking
- HR Queries with staff
- Ongoing Minutes
- Following up on Maintenance repairs and ongoing quotes
- Worked on BSOP with Regional Manager
- Submission of new employee induction packs, ensure that the packs are submitted to Hr.
- Siting in on discussions and taking down minutes
- Assist with Health and Safety
