Requirements:
• Matric• Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience as a Senior Specialist in spares/motor/engine parts
• Extensive experience in a sales and marketing environment within the automotive industry
• Must have a valid driver’s license – essential
• Thorough knowledge of the geographical area of responsibility
• Must be prepared to travel extensively
• Basic knowledge of the operations of an internal combustion engine
• Technical/mechanical background – desirable
• Product knowledge
• Must have good communication skills and present themselves in a professional manner
• Must be a good team player and goal-driven
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Honest and demonstrates integrity
• Clear criminal record
Key Performance Indicators includes, but not limited to.
• Coordinate and implement the Klutch programme rollout nationally
• Act as the first point of contact with customers, portraying professionalism and confidence, delivering the highest level of customer service
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, escalating issues where necessary
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Retail, Finance, HR) to ensure alignment and resource availability
• Track and monitor Klutch programme sales growth initiatives and prepare monthly performance reports
• Achieve revenue targets by generating new business, growing the customer base, and increasing market share within the geographical area of responsibility
• Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and submit them to the Business Development Manager
• Support and oversee the performance of the Klutch administration team
• Promote and represent the company at various industry platforms such as activations, exhibitions, and conferences
• Assist in preparing documentation for audits and progress reports
• Report all competitor pricing and new market entrants
• Conduct ongoing surveys to stay up to date with industry trends
• Act as the point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Business Development Manager
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Ensure compliance with and adherence to BSOP and company values
